£42,000 - £47,000 + perm benefits
We are seeking a motivated GRC Analyst to join a growing cybersecurity function. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in governance, risk and compliance activities who is looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of cybersecurity governance and compliance initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure security controls, policies and risk management processes are effectively maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities across the organisation.
Assist with security audits, compliance assessments and assurance reviews.
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather evidence and track remediation actions.
Support risk identification, assessment and reporting activities.
Maintain governance documentation, policies, standards and procedures.
Monitor compliance against organisational and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the cybersecurity governance function.
Produce reports and documentation for key stakeholders.
About You
Previous experience within cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance or security assurance.
Experience supporting audits, compliance programmes and risk management activities.
The ability to engage confidently with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
The confidence to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
