Vacancy – Graphic Designer
We are looking to expand our in-house marketing team with a creative and enthusiastic graphic designer. Working across multiple sector leading healthcare brands and retail channels, this role gives the flexibility to be involved in a wide range of projects. From supporting marketing campaigns with the creation of digital and print collateral, to designing product packaging and exhibition space. This position offers a real opportunity to develop and learn new skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Initial Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a commercial environment
* Strong creative output and communication when interpreting briefs
* Confident and experienced in Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
* Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications; Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams etc.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with project coordinators and stakeholders
* Confident in multi-tasking to achieve project deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail in a methodical and organised approach
* Experienced in print production and artwork preparation
* Skilled in catalogue and print design
* Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms advantageous (Magento, Wordpress, Amazon)
Role duties:
* Working within the Marketing team to deliver multiple creative projects whilst achieving stakeholder requirements
* Actively using brand guidelines to create consistent marketing material
* Interpreting briefs effectively to design and create print and web ready artwork
* Creating and designing impactful campaign concepts and visuals to a high standard
* Reacting positively to feedback and implementing amendments precisely and accurately
* Designing and creating effective POS for sales and promotions
* Working cross-functionally with the Ecommerce team to assist with:
* Product launches and promotions
* Marketing campaigns across retail site, email and social
* Supporting product content
* Offering artwork, design and admin support for additional projects on an ad-hoc basis to meet companywide requirements
* Creating and updating packaging artwork for multiple own brand ranges
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
* Working with and managing external agencies, printers and suppliers as necessary
