Graphic Design Technician
Required from 27th August 2024
Term Time only (39 weeks a year.)
Part Time 26.25 hours a week (Monday-Wednesday 8.00am-4.30pm and Friday afternoon 1.00pm-4.45pm)
Temporary – 2-year Fixed term Contract to 31st August 2026
The College is eager to appoint a part time Graphics Technician on a temporary basis to provide technical support to the Graphics team which sits within our hugely successful Art and Design Department at the College. In 2021, Godalming College was awarded the Platinum Artsmark Award, recognising the leading role of our arts provision nationally.
The Graphics Technician provides invaluable support to the department by preparing classrooms and resources, and to students through support with mounting, framing, screen printing, laser cutting and assistance with Adobe software.
The full-time annual salary for the role is £23,534 inclusive of the fringe allowance. The actual annual salary, based on 0.617 FTE (3.5 days/ 26.25 hours a week/39 weeks of the year) is £14,522 per annum inclusive of fringe allowance.
Interviews are planned for the end of the w/c 1 st July or the beginning of the w/c 8th July 2024.
