Grain Store Operative
If you’re a skilled stores operative with varying skills across driving various plant equipment including forklifts and using varying machinery with a background of working within the agricultural industry, and arable crop varieties then we would love to speak to you! Due to the nature of this role being highly seasonal you must be willing and prepared to work evenings and weekends during seasonal peak periods.
Location: Linton, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 6am – 2pm or 10am – 6pm
Hourly Rate / Salary: £13.00 Per Hour
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, Overtime available, Pension scheme, Life assurance, all uniform and PPE provided, Onsite parking, Company social events, sick pay after probationary period, Salary Sacrifice BUPA scheme

What you will be doing:
* Maintaining a high level of cleanliness around the store including intake pits, silos & plant buildings
* Cleaning down silos & storage areas
* Reporting any issues within the plant to the store manager
* Use knapsack sprayers to control weed growth
* Controlling dust/combustible material levels within safe limits in all areas
About you:
* Previous Stores or Yard experience, ideally within an agricultural setting
* Work as part of a team to ensure tasks are achieved
* Enjoy being hands on
* To be able to follow set instructions
* Willingness to learn and progress within a company
