Graduate/Trainee Service Engineer (Wind Turbines)
Harrogate (Nationwide Travel)
£30,000 - £35,000 + (OTE £55,000) + Up to 2x Overtime Rate + Progression to Lead Technician + 33 days Holiday + Health Scheme
Do you have a background or degree in Mechanical & Electrical engineering or similar? Are you looking for a hands-on, field based role working on wind turbines across the UK for a leading renewables company who offer full industry training and can progress your career, alongside earning up to an additional 20 hours a week in overtime?
On offer is the chance to springboard you career with extensive training from industry professionals. This company has been a UK Leading provider of operation, Maintenance and installation services for small to medium scale agricultural wind turbines since 2009 with more than 60 Field Engineers currently.
In this role you will be shadowing and assisting a Lead Technician with carrying out fault finding, de commissioning and general maintenance along with completing a 6 day training course to insure you are well equipped for future projects.
This role would suit a candidate holding a degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and seeking a hands-on position for an industry leading renewables company who provide full industry training to springboard your career.
This role:
Monday to Friday (41 hours a week) + Optional Overtime
Nationwide Travel, Occasional stay aways
Shadowing a Lead Technician, assisting with servicing and preventative maintenance
Developing Fault-Finding and Breakdown repair skills
Maintaining detailed service records and reports of all work completedThe Person:
