The Role
As a graduate school support worker, you may:
Support students in lessons (whole class, small groups, or 1:1)
Assist teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
Gain exposure to different subjects, year groups, and school environments
Build valuable experience for teacher training, PGCE, or education-related careersRoles can include Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or Pastoral/SEN support, depending on your interests and the school's needs.
