Are you a Graduate looking to step into Education? Are you looking to build up skills working with vulnerable pupils? Then we may have the perfect role for you.
A school in Wakefield (WF17) are looking for graduates with relevant experience to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs ages 5-13. The successful candidate will have a passion to support children with behavioural challenges and aim to make a difference in their lives.
Criteria:
To support the class Teacher with resources and class behaviour
To supervise children throughout the day including on the playground
Ensure any behaviour and safeguarding concerns are reported appropriately
Follow safeguarding procedures and policies at all times
Requirements:
Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
Willing to travel
Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
Minimum of six months UK residency
We do not accept those on skilled worker visas
Please ensure you have references available upon request covering the last 24 months of employment
