About the Graduate Teaching Assistant position:
Prospero Teaching are looking for enthusiastic and passionate graduates who are looking to gain classroom experience before starting teacher training. These are long-term and permanent placements to start in September 2024.
This is a highly rewarding role. The school are looking for individuals that are supportive, non-judgemental, patient, easy to talk to, positive and flexible. You must be able to speak to pupils in a manner which encourages and supports them, enabling you to build trusting relationships. You will be assisting the teacher and supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis.
This is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain classroom experience before starting teacher training.
No experience needed, just a can-do attitude.
Full support and guidance will be provided from Prospero's Training and Development Team, awarded 'Best Upskilling Provider' in the UK Business Awards 2024.

Minimum rate of pay - £82.50 per dayAbout the successful Graduate Teaching Assistant:
No experience needed as full training will be provided.
You should hold a recent degree.

You will be an excellent role model for young people.
