Cardiff | £30,000 - £32,000 + Performance-Related Bonus
Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | Office-Based

We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading specialist distributors of HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS), supplying customers nationwide with industry-leading products, technical expertise and outstanding service.

The Role
You’ll become part of an experienced internal sales team, learning every aspect of the business before progressing into a fully-fledged Technical Sales Executive.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building strong relationships with customers over the phone and via email.
* Preparing quotations and responding to customer enquiries.
* Developing an in-depth understanding of HVAC, BMS and associated technical products.
* Supporting customers with product selection and technical advice.
* Working closely with suppliers and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
* Developing the confidence and commercial skills to generate new business opportunities.
* Progressing towards managing your own portfolio of customer accounts.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, motivated and eager to build a long-term career.
You’ll ideally have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification, or previous experience within a customer-facing or commercial environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
* A genuine interest in building a successful career in business-to-business sales.
