Blueprint Recruitment is looking for three additional Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our exciting team based on the Cams Hall Estate business park on the edge of Fareham.

We are one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the Solent area and a company with a proven track record with many high profile clients across the UK and we are continuing to expand as a result of increased demand for our services. These positions are trainee positions for recent graduates and no previous experience is required as we provide full training.

Recruitment Consultants at Blueprint come from a wide variety of backgrounds, so we are interested in receiving applications from graduates from all types of courses, whether Arts, Sciences or Humanities. Our office environment is fast paced and exciting and requires quick-thinking, the ability to work under pressure and lots of determination.

The role involves establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients on the telephone as well as sourcing and interacting with professional candidates in order to match them to relevant vacancies.
