£25,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Hybrid + Flexitime + Pension

In this varied role, you will undertake a range of tasks including preparing tenders, cost estimates and quotations within deadlines. Your duties will also include managing evaluations, identifying cost issues and providing monthly cost reports. The role will require you to occasionally visit on site to review works completed.
This exciting role would suit an aspiring Quantity Surveying or similar looking to join a hardworking and dedicated team. Included in the role are internal and external training, progression opportunities, hybrid working Mon - Fri hours, land a company pension.
THE ROLE:
* Preparation of tenders
* Cost estimates
* Managing evaluations
* Identifying cost issues
* Site visits
* 38 hours Mon-Fri (Flexitime and Hybrid available 3 days in office 2 days at home).
THE PERSON:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying (preferred not necessary)
* Competent in Excel
* Commutable to Aberdeen
