An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Town Planner to join a growing planning consultancy at its head office in Kent.

Requirements
A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline.
A strong interest in the UK planning system and property development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications.
Undertake planning appraisals and contribute to planning statements and reports.
Support development proposals across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.
Liaise with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders.
Research planning policies and legislation to support project delivery.
