Graduate Town Planner

Canterbury

Our client, an established planning and architectural practice is urgently looking to appoint a talented Graduate Town Planner to work from their offices near Canterbury. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career in the planning industry and work on a wide range of projects, from home extensions to larger scale housing developments.

The successful candidate will either have, or be working towards a Masters in Town Planning and an ambition to achieve chartered status with the RTPI.

Duties:

Preparing planning applications and appeals
Undertaking site appraisals and feasibility assessments
Monitoring development plan representations
