You'll work directly with pupils and teachers, supporting learning, wellbeing, and development:
* Support teachers in busy classroom settings
* Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils
* Help children with learning, confidence, and behaviour
* Support pupils with additional or special educational needs
* Act as a positive role model, providing structure, encouragement, and motivation

* Recent graduates - all degree subjects welcome
* A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
* Confident, proactive, and enthusiastic mindset
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
