The role: Graduate teaching assistant

You will be working alongside a fantastic mainstream primary school as a graduate teaching assistant supporting a year 5 class. This role requires you to support the class teacher in classroom, helping pupils with their learning and providing additional support when needed to promote a positive learning environment. You will assist with lesson preparation, classroom management and individual support. For this role you must have qualification in nursery work, childcare, play work or youth work, at least 1 years’ experience working within a mainstream primary school, an Enhanced DBS and on the update service.
