A primary school in Bolton have the need for a Graduate teaching assistant to join their support staff team; this is a full-time position which will start from September 2024.

Teaching Personnel are working closely with this primary school in Bolton, to recruit a teaching assistant of graduate background. This position is ideal for a graduate who aspires to become a primary school teacher, you will work alongside the support staff and teaching team to raise attainment and improve the quality of learning in school. Previous experience as a teaching assistant is desirable for applicants however not essential.

Primary school 10 minutes from Bolton town centre
Earn from £83.85 - £90 a day (No agency fees or umbrella companies)
Full time – (6.5 working hours per day) 5 days per week

This Bolton based primary school is 2-form entry and has over 350 pupils on roll from a range of backgrounds. The incoming teaching assistant will be supporting class teachers across the school by taking small groups during lessons under the teacher’s direction and with key areas of learning, focusing specifically on communication and language, physical development, and personal, social, and emotional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
