We are currently recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in South West London, starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to gain hands-on classroom experience while supporting students with their academic, personal, and social development.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting students in and out of the classroom
• Assisting teachers with learning activities and classroom engagement
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
• Supporting students with their academic progress and confidence
• Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
• Helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environmentThe ideal candidate will have:
A graduate degree
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in education and working with young people
