Graduate Teaching Assistant | West London | Full-time | £95-£110 | Sept 2024 Start
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for teaching? Are you looking for your next challenge, gaining hands-on experience for the new school year?
LTF Recruitment is collaborating with multiple primary schools across West London in areas that include Ealing, Brent, Hammersmith and Fulham and Harrow to aid in recruitment for the upcoming academic year! We offer a variety of fulfilling opportunities across all Key Stages, encompassing roles in whole class learning support, SEN assistance, behaviour mentoring, and intervention teaching assistant positions.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Work with small groups and individual students to provide tailored support and intervention.
Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Participate in school activities and events, contributing to the school community.Requirements:
A degree in any discipline (Education-related degree is a plus).
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to supporting students' learning.
