Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit University Graduates to fill the position of a Teaching Assistant for Primary Schools based in Birmingham. We are seeking hard-working, driven, and passionate individuals, who are devoted to developing and progressing students.
Competitive pay rates from £84 per day.
Responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the class teacher to assist in the effective delivery of lesson plans.
Working with students who need additional support either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
Monitor and track students' progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
Good classroom control and behaviour management.
Having a warm and positive approach in the classroom demonstrating care, patience and understanding.
What you will need:
Be a recent graduate or have experience within Teaching / Youth Work.
A keen passion for education and learning.
Enhanced DBS on the updated service or be willing to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
