Horizon Teachers is looking for enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools in Walthamstow and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates considering a career in teaching, looking to build classroom experience before starting a PGCE or School Direct route.
The role:

Graduate Teaching Assistant, secondary school setting
Walthamstow and surrounding East London boroughs
Day-to-day and ongoing placements available
Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, including 1:1 and small group intervention
Competitive daily rate, dependent on experienceWe're looking for someone who:

Holds a degree (2:1 or above preferred, though not essential)
Genuinely interested in pursuing a career in education
Confident supporting classroom teachers and working with young people
Reliable, patient, and adaptable to different school environments
