About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a background in Psychology, Education or a related field to join our team in a school-based role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with classroom experience who is passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing, and is keen to progress professionally within education.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with their learning, engagement and development.
* Work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide effective support.
* Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Essential Requirements
* A degree or relevant qualification in Psychology, Education or a related field.
* Previous classroom experience is essential.
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
* A strong desire to learn, develop new skills and progress in your career.
* Excellent communication, patience and interpersonal skills.
