We are currently recruiting for Graduate Teaching Assistants to join supportive and welcoming secondary schools in Orpington.

The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you may be involved in:
Supporting students aged 11-18 in the classroom
Working alongside teachers to support learning
Providing one-to-one and small-group support
Helping students stay engaged and focused
Supporting students with their academic development
Assisting with pastoral and wider school activities
Building positive relationships with students and staff
We're Looking For
A degree or equivalent qualification
A genuine interest in working with young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, enthusiastic and supportive approach
The ability to build positive relationships with students
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
