Graduate Software Support Analyst

Location: Rural Ashford

Salary: £23k - £26k DOE

Due to the clients rural location you must have your own transport.

My client is a vibrant software and design agency based in a scenic rural environment. They specialise in developing software, websites, and marketing materials for a diverse range of clients, including prominent companies in pharmaceuticals, insurance, and public affairs. With a large overseas client base and their own SaaS platform for private practice clinicians, their business is rapidly expanding.

In the role of Software Support Analyst, you will handle a variety of tasks from application support to active engagement in marketing. You will be integral in gathering requirements, defining product roadmaps, developing design specifications, onboarding new clients, and supporting existing ones. This is a varied role giving you the chance to develop a breadth of skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the initial point of contact for client inquiries, manage projects, and coordinate tasks among design and development teams.

* Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate our system to prospective clients.

* Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and assist with QA testing before product launches.

* Develop a comprehensive understanding of their product suite.

* Engage in marketing activities and represent the company at industry events.

Who We Are Looking For:

* A dynamic individual, possibly with experience in 1st Line Support or a recent graduate with customer service skills.

* Someone with a strong interest in technology, especially SaaS products, and eager to establish a career in the tech industry.

* An excellent communicator who can build rapport quickly and effectively.

* A proactive, 'can-do' attitude, committed to outstanding customer service and understanding client needs.

* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in software support within a SaaS environment is highly desirable.

A background in a creative or software agency setting is a plus.

Natural commercial awareness and a passion for technology.
