A welcoming and supportive primary school in Basingstoke is looking to appoint a dedicated Graduate SEN TA to join its team as soon as possible. The successful Graduate SEN TA will work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their individual potential in a nurturing school environment.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small intervention groups.
Assist teachers in adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.

Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
Help monitor pupil progress and contribute to individual support plans.About You

The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, Childhood Studies, or a related subject.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
