West Midlands
£35,000-£40,000 + Bonus opportunity + Company Car + Benefits
Are you a graduate looking to build a career in sales? Confident with people, commercially minded and motivated by the opportunity to earn bonus?
This is an opportunity to join an established UK business, selling a market-leading branded product into the retail space. You'll build relationships with customers, develop your sales skills and take ownership of a territory across the West Midlands.
The Business
Our client is an established business with a strong brand presence and a broad retail customer base.
With an experienced sales team around you, you'll receive support to develop your product knowledge, understand your customers and grow into a successful sales professional.
The Job
This is a field-based role combining existing customer relationships with opportunities to win new business.
You will be responsible for:
Visiting retail customers across the West Midlands
Building relationships and growing sales within existing accounts
Identifying and approaching potential new customers
Promoting a market-leading brand and its product range
Planning your customer visits and managing your diary
Working towards sales targets and developing your territory
Keeping accurate records of customer activity and opportunities
The Candidate
You'll be a graduate who wants to build a career in commercial sales and enjoys meeting people.
Your degree subject is less important than your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn. Experience in sales, retail, customer service or another customer-facing role would be useful.

Good organisation and the ability to work independently
A full UK driving licence
A base within the West Midlands
The Package
£35,000-£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience
Bonus opportunity of up to 40% of salary
