Graduate Role: Teaching Assistant
Secondary school – Newcastle upon Tyne
£77-85 per day
Monday-Friday (8:30-3:30)

We specialise in supply long-term Teaching Assistants and general classroom cover staff to schools. These are entry level roles for graduates who are looking to begin their career within education.
The role:
Supporting students in and outside the classroom.
Interact with student who have SEND and SEMH conditions.
Support the production of the lesson and activities.
The requirements:
Has the right to work in the UK
Has or is willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
Has knowledge and/or experience of mental health conditions
Has positive verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Is passionate about supporting young people with their mental wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
