Novax Recruitment Group is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants, specialising in the Construction & Engineering sectors across the USA market.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We're looking for people with the right attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.

Monday-Thursday: 12pm-8pm
Friday: 12pm-5pm
Some flexibility around working hours where personal circumstances require it

What will you be doing?

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:

Identify and develop relationships with clients across the USA
Source and engage with high-quality candidates
Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
Build and maintain your own professional network
Develop specialist knowledge within the Construction & Engineering sectors
Negotiate offers and help successfully place candidates into new roles
Work towards achievable targets and build your earning potential
