Bretsa Early Years & Education Recruitment Agency are currently looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their Early Years and Education Recruitment team, based in their South East London office in Petts Wood.
This is a challenging but highly rewarding opportunity working for a rapidly expanding company. This position will suit someone who is passionate and dedicated to a career in the recruitment sector.
THE ROLE
Full 360 recruitment
Resourcing candidates
Interviewing and creating profiles
Maintaining a database of candidates
Arranging job fairs and recruitment days across the UK
Servicing new and existing clients.
Maintaining and developing successful candidate and client relationships
Managing Temporary client bookings
