You don't need to be a recruiter to start a career in recruitment.
We're looking for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career at the intersection of technology, business and people.
At Sustain Talent Consulting, we work with organisations across the UK and Europe on some seriously interesting technology programmes — covering Software Engineering, Data, AI, Cloud and Digital Transformation.
Your role will be to connect exceptional technology professionals with organisations that need their skills.
You'll learn how to:
? Build relationships with highly skilled technology professionals
? Understand emerging technologies and the businesses using them
? Identify and develop new client opportunities
? Solve complex recruitment challenges
? Build your own network and reputation
? Develop commercial, negotiation and influencing skills
? Use data, AI and modern recruitment technology to work smarter
You don't need a Computer Science degree. You don't need recruitment experience.
What you do need is ambition, excellent communication skills, curiosity, resilience and a genuine interest in technology, business, or both.
