The Client
Our client are an independent specialist fit out and refurbishment contractor, they work across multiple sectors including commercial office space, higher education and healthcare. They are looking to add an Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their team.
Key Responsibilities of the Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
* Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with their duties.
* Working in the commercial sector on a range of projects including office refurbishment and fit out.
* Working on both Cat A and Cat B schemes.
* Working on the pre-construction project phase including tenders.
* Supporting the Senior QS with supply chain management.
* Placing orders, creating valuations and contract management using our commercial software.
The Person
* A 2:1 Degree in a Built Environment or Construction Related Course
* A Driving License
* A Willingness to travel around your area
* Full indefinite UK working rights
