Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Entry Level PR + Communications Temp. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty and cosmetics industry, eager to gain hands-on experience in public relations and communications. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our PR efforts, including managing press mailers, administrative tasks, and event support.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing and Sending Out Press Mailers:

Assemble and pack press mailers and influencer packages.
Coordinate with couriers for timely delivery.
Maintain inventory of mailing supplies and products.

Team Administration:

Book transportation, couriers, and manage deliveries.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Provide general administrative support to the PR team.

Database Administration:

Update and maintain press and influencer databases in Excel.
Use our influencer platform, Tribe, to manage influencer relationships and campaigns.
Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness in all databases.

Event Support:

Assist in the planning and execution of press and influencer events.
Liaise with key suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
Help set up venues, coordinate logistics, and prepare product/goodie bags.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous internship or volunteer experience in PR, communications, or event planning is a plus.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database management.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
