Job Description: Premier Group is currently seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Maintenance Engineer to join our client in Swindon. As a Graduate Maintenance Engineer, you will contribute to the smooth operation and maintenance of our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient and reliable performance to meet production targets.
Key Skills Required:
Engineering - Mechanical and Electrical knowledge would be beneficial
Apprenticeship Qualification or similar
1-2 Years Experience as a Maintenance Engineer
Great Communication Skill
Works well in a team To excel in this role, you must possess a strong technical background and have a passion for problem-solving. As a Graduate Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving equipment-related issues and implementing preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
