Role: Trainee/ Graduate - Agriculture Operations
Salary: £25 - £30K Do
Location: Spalding

Hours: 7am start and 2:30pm finish in summer months, extended hours in winter due to harvest.

Our client is one of the largest and most diverse produce companies in the UK with interests in all sectors of fresh produce and they have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.

This role will support your development in:

Transport and Logistics

Supporting Farmers/ contractors

Procurement

Technical and Quality

Who are we looking for?

Ideally someone from a farming, food or agricultural background. Someone who is energetic and looking for their next challenge to develop their career within fresh produce.
