Job: Graduate Ground Testing Engineer

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

Location: Midlands

As a Testing Engineer, upon joining the new division you will work across a variety of construction sites in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting verification analysis reports and collating compliance reports, with a view to achieving successful certification for each site. This role will involve visiting commercial and residential construction sites, liaising with project managers, contractors, and ground-workers to ensure that each site adheres to legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct verification analysis reports and collate compliance reports
Ensure that each site adheres to legislation
Perform independent third-party inspections, including photographing sites (on provided iPad)
Implement training schemes and introduce quality assurance procedures
Interpret data and produce reports about a site's compliance with legislation, with a view to achieving successful certificationRequirements:

Full clean driving licence required
Understanding of the construction industry, from either education (relevant degree or college course)
Passionate about the construction industry, with a keen interest to learn specifically about Quality Assurance procedures
Self-motivated and driven
Confident working remotely across the UK
Detail-orientated with an exceptional eye for specifics
Confident communicator
Able to build and maintain relationships with all members of staff in the construction industry
Flexible attitude towards work
Organised and efficient
