Are you an Environmental Science, Environmental Management or Sustainability graduate looking to kick-start your career within the construction sector? We are working with a leading contractor seeking a Graduate Environmental Advisor to join their established Health, Safety and Environment team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across a range of high-profile construction projects, while receiving guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting project teams with environmental best practice and day-to-day environmental matters on site
* Supporting environmental inspections, audits and monitoring activities
* Helping to maintain compliance with ISO14001, ISO50001 and environmental licences, permits and regulatory requirements
* Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of environmental documentation, including Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs) and waste management plans
* Supporting energy, carbon and waste reduction initiatives across projects
* Collecting and analysing environmental data to support reporting and performance improvement
* Working closely with site teams, clients and environmental specialists to support project delivery

* A degree or relevant qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Sustainability or a related discipline

* Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally
* Flexibility to travel to project sites as required
