As a trusted recruitment partner for some of the world's most innovative automotive manufacturers, Expleo currently have an opportunity for a Metrology Team Member, to join a highly experienced team in Surrey on an initial contract basis. This role is a great opportunity for Graduates or someone with a interest and passion for all things Automotive!
The role of Metrology Team member encompasses the following activities:
* Prepare car body structures for measurement.
* Measure car body structures using measuring arms to pre-written programs.
* Verifying dimensional accuracy of car body structures
* Notifying supervisor / team leader when the product fails to meet standards.
* Report measurement data to the relevant internal customers
* File measurement reports on relevant network location
Knowledge and Experience:
* No previous knowledge or experience required - training given on the job.
The role is full time onsite working and works a rotating shift pattern of 1 week of early shift followed by 1 week of later shift.
