* Working closely with Design, Projects, and Manufacturing teams

* Supporting component selection and supplier communication

* Learning how products are designed for real-world manufacture and installation

* Maintaining technical records and engineering standards

This is a varied, project-led engineering role where you’ll gain exposure to both technical design work and the wider manufacturing process.

What They’re Looking For

* Knowledge OR some previous experience using AutoCAD

* An Electrical Engineering qualification

* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

* A proactive and hands-on attitude

* Someone keen to develop long-term within engineering and CAD design

Salary & Benefits

* 5% matched pension contribution

* Life assurance (4x salary)

* Family private medical insurance available

* Company sick pay scheme (subject to length of service)
