The Role:

As a Drama Graduate, you will support the delivery of drama lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, under the guidance and supervision of qualified teachers. Whether it's leading warm-up exercises, facilitating improvisation activities, or directing school productions, you will play a vital role in igniting students' passion for drama and theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning and delivery of drama lessons that inspire creativity and imagination
Provide individualized support to students to help them develop their performance skills and confidence
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences
Organize and oversee drama clubs, workshops, and extracurricular activities
Use your passion for drama to motivate and inspire students to explore the world of theatre

Requirements:

A degree in Drama or a related subject
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for the performing arts and a desire to share your enthusiasm with students
Creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery
Dedication to safeguarding and child protection, with a willingness to undergo necessary background checks
