Busy Bee Recruitment are currently working with an Manufacturing Business in St Neots that are looking to expand their team due to company growth.
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and energetic candidate who has worked within the Manufacturing sector looking to progress and is keen to learn design. This is a entry – mid level position with opportunities to progress to a Senior Technician or Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily administrative tasks including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
* Maintaining files and ensuring documents are easily accessible.
* Support the design team with project documentation, presentations, and client communications.
* Ability to assist to ad hoc tasks within the business to support on the shop floor as well as in the offices.
* Assist the design team with their work including working on Autodesk CAD software and Radan CAM software.
* Working within the Manufacturing Departments undertaking various tasks including CNC Sheet Metal work and Assembly
What we are looking for:
* Right to work in the UK
* CNC machine knowledge
* Willingness to learn Radan CAM software
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to be flexible
* Satisfactory references
* Ability to identify work priorities and manage workloads
