Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Representative to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and product offerings.Requirements:

2:1 + or a Masters degree
Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to empathise with customers and provide personalised support.
