Are you a Graduate Civil Engineer looking to kick-start your career with an established consultancy in Bedford? This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and gain hands-on experience working on a range of exciting infrastructure and drainage projects.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, developing your technical skills and gaining valuable exposure to projects from initial concept through to detailed design.
The Role
You'll be involved in a variety of civil engineering projects, with a particular focus on infrastructure and drainage design. This is an ideal opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer who wants to build a strong technical foundation and develop their career within a consultancy environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the design of infrastructure and drainage schemes.
Supporting the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations and technical reports.
Gaining experience in surface water drainage, foul drainage and infrastructure design.
Working with other engineers and professionals to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Developing your knowledge of relevant design standards, regulations and industry best practice.About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Civil Engineer who is keen to learn, develop and contribute to a growing team.
You'll ideally have:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
A genuine interest in infrastructure and drainage design.
Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
