Job Purpose:
Overview: Advania UK is seeking a commercially minded and motivated Graduate Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our expanding marketing team. Based in our Sheffield office, this hybrid role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in B2B tech sales. As a vital member of the demand generation team, you will assist our existing BDEs in establishing an outbound channel to raise awareness, generate demand, and build a pipeline for our managed and professional services.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage high-intent accounts using a multi-channel approach, including cold calls, emails, social media, communities, and networking events.
Account Mapping: Develop account maps to enhance our sales intelligence, identifying key decision makers and influencers at target accounts, and understanding their buying behaviours, preferences, and needs.
Nurturing: Leverage AI and automation within our tech stack to build and execute nurturing campaign strategies tailored to our buyer personas.
Multi-Threading: Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders across target accounts to create multiple entry points in the sales process, increasing the likelihood of successful pipeline velocity and conversion.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the standards for potential business opportunities.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM systems.
Sales Alignment and Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales teams to ensure full alignment on account planning and the handoff of qualified leads and accounts.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, taking initiative in your own learning and development.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on prospecting activities, pipeline status, and key metrics to management. Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate complex ideas.
Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Strong analytical and research skills, with a willingness to use data to inform decision-making.
Comfortable and confident in interacting with prospects and customers through both digital and physical channels, with an emphasis on social selling.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Digitally native with a strong interest in technology innovation and a "fail fast, learn fast" mentality. An understanding of and/or interest in AI and Cyber cloud solutions is desirable.
