Job Description: As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in building surveying within a commercial context. You will be involved in a wide range of projects, including building inspections, technical due diligence, condition surveys, and project management. This role is perfect for a recent graduate seeking to kickstart their career in building surveying with a reputable commercial consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct building surveys and prepare detailed reports.
Assist with technical due diligence and condition surveys for commercial properties.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure project success.
Support the team in project management and quality control.
Participate in site inspections, client meetings, and planning applications.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Work toward Chartership
Requirements:

A relevant degree in Building Surveying, Construction, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
