Graduate / Assistant Project Manager | £28,000 - £30,000 | Kent Based
Boden Property are working with a fantastic SME based in Kent who are looking for graduate or assistant Project Managers to join their growing team.
You will be part of an extremely driven business, who are eager to support you alongside working towards your Chartership and offer lots of support and training as you’ll be joining an experienced and close-knit team.
They have and are continuing to work on projects such as museums, heritage buildings, theme parks, film sets, multi million pound residential, and commercial spaces meaning they have a strong pipeline of projects which enables them to expand as a company.

You will:
* Maintain contractual requirements for both contractors and consultants.
* To act with a high degree of day-to-day decision-making autonomy to ensure project progress is maintained.
* Progress and status reporting to Directors will be expected.
* Identify, address, and resolve differences between individuals and/or interest groups.
* Budget planning and oversee project procurement management.
* Act as first point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
For this position, our client is looking for an indiviual at Graduate or Assistant level, with a minimum of 1 years' experience within a Project Management role within Construction
