Free parking Graduate Account Manager - The Role:
Developing and pro-actively building relationships with new and existing freight customers, to ensure you are meeting their needs and develop future opportunities with existing accounts, sourcing leads, making contact by phone calls and video.
Liaising with the Operations Teams, you will oversee that all journeys are smooth-running. If there is a hitch, you’ll be on hand to guide your customer through the process.
You will have full autonomy of the sales cycle from sourcing to managing all your accounts in your portfolio.
Always keeping your customers up to date by communicating updates regularly. Graduate Account Manager - The Candidate:
At least 1 years experience in a customer facing role.
A 2:1 degree or higher
The ability to build long lasting relationships and work in partnership with customers.
Excellent problem solving capabilities, tenacity and lateral thinking.
You will be curious, disciplined and resilient and above all have a positive outlook and strong work ethic
