We're currently working with a number of secondary schools looking for enthusiastic graduates to join their teams from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, build your confidence working with young people and develop skills that will be invaluable if you decide to pursue a career in teaching.

What could you be doing?

Supporting students across KS3 and KS4
Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff
Assisting with lessons and classroom activities
Providing additional support to students who need it
Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
Potentially leading small-group activities or lessons as your confidence develops
Gaining valuable experience that can support a future PGCE, QTS or teacher training application

Who are we looking for?

You don't necessarily need previous school experience. We're particularly interested in graduates who are:

Passionate about working with young people
Confident, enthusiastic and approachable
Strong communicators
Patient and supportive
Able to build positive relationships with students
Interested in developing a career in educationGraduates with degrees in English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Geography, History, PE, Languages, Art or other relevant subjects are particularly encouraged to apply.
