Governance Officer

London Bridge, Hybrd (2 days in office, 3 days working remotely)

£28,000 to £32,100

Hyde is looking for a Governance Officer to join our Company Secretariat team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and long-term development.

As a Governance Officer at Hyde, you will provide an efficient governance and company secretarial support service to boards and decision-making committees across the Hyde Group. You will support effective meeting administration, regulatory compliance and the execution of key legal documents, helping ensure governance processes are accurate, timely and well managed.

Key Duties

Support the Company Secretariat team in providing an effective service to boards, committees, and internal stakeholders.

Support governance meetings by arranging invitations and room bookings and collating and circulating papers.

Support timely regulatory filings with relevant bodies, maintaining filing calendars and registers.

Coordinate the execution of legal documents, including logging documents, maintaining registers, obtaining signatures, and liaising with stakeholders.

Maintain team administration processes, including actions, reminders, invoices, payments, and intranet pages.

As a Governance Officer we’re seeking someone who can bring:

Strong attention to detail, organisation and written communication skills.

The ability to manage meeting arrangements, board papers, minutes and action tracking.

A proactive mindset and passion for supporting effective governance and compliance

Experience in governance, company secretarial support or legal administration is desirable.
