Work for a charity in London as a Governance Manager (6 month fixed term contract)
The Governance Manager will provide temporary oversight of the Governance Team who provide services (including elections, policies and procedures) to the National Chair, Board of Trustees, Sub-Committee Chairs, Director General and Executive Board.
The post holder will work with the Head of Legal to ensure the organisation complies with all its legal, constitutional and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing the charities digital strategy and supporting colleagues in achieving their ambitious digital, fundraising and supporter engagement goals. You will enhance user experiences and optimise campaigns to maximise reach, engagement and conversion.

Corporate governance experience.
Line management experience (you will be managing 2 people).
Minute taking.

What we offer
Fixed term contract, 6 months.
£58,000 pro rata.
35 hours per week.
2 days on site, 3 days WFH.
