️ Looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills to join our client's dynamic team as a Goods In/Despatch Operative in Rayleigh!
Responsibilities:
Receive and check deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation ✅
Track parts in the maintenance cycle by recording serial numbers ????
Collaborate with the Customer Support Team on incoming orders ????
Complete internal product documentation accurately and on time ????
Maintain a tidy yard and department ????
Meticulously record all stock movements ????
Coordinate collection times with customers ????
Arrange and book deliveries and collections ????
Be flexible with shifts to meet customer needs ⏰Skills and Qualifications:
Enthusiastic and eager to learn ????
Ability to work independently and manage workload ????
Strong attention to detail ????
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills ✍️
Computer literacy is essential ????
Counterbalance forklift licence is desirable, but not essential ????️
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute ????
Ability to multitask and achieve KPIs ????
Capable of handling heavy lifting ????
