Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:45pm
£13.01 per hour
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client for a Goods In Operative to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is physically fit, reliable, and looking for long-term work with potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading incoming deliveries
Handballing stock from containers safely and efficiently
Checking and booking in goods accurately against paperwork
Moving stock to correct locations within the warehouse
Ensuring all items are handled with care to avoid damage
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times
Supporting general warehouse duties as required by the team
Requirements:
Must be physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting throughout the shift
A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
Desirable (not essential):
Experience operating PPT, VNA, or Counterbalance forklifts
Valid licences for any of the above (training can be provided for the right candidate)
